The warranty covers replacement parts, labor, and manufacturing defects. Normal wear and tear from cutting tasks is covered, but damage from misuse like prying, pounding, throwing, or dropping is not covered. For warranty service, you'll need to return the complete knife with a warranty return form to our facility in Tualatin, Oregon.

CRKT offers free replacement parts - you'll just need your knife's model number, which is located on the base of the blade where it meets the handle. Visit our replacement parts page on the website and enter the model number along with the specific part needed.

We offer free shipping on domestic orders $99 and up. CRKT Store does not currently offer international shipping. That is a service that we expect to offer in the future.

CRKT knives are assisted opening, not switchblades - there's an important legal distinction. Our assisted opening mechanisms require you to manually start opening the blade to about 30 degrees before the spring activates. The blade also has a bias toward closing when not in use. Our patented OutBurst and FireSafe innovations provide reliable assisted opening while maintaining safety.
