Emblazoning your logo on a proudly designed, flawlessly manufactured knife makes a sure statement—not only to your employee, but to everyone that has the pleasure of seeing it at work. Not to mention, every last one of our knives is backed by a limited lifetime warranty.

Many CRKT® designs can be imprinted with your company name, logo, or promotional theme to promote your brand. If you can create it, we can engrave it. Our high-detail laser engraver executes designs on the flat part of the blade and on any metallic handle.

On bead-blast finished pieces, the engraved color is light gray; on black-coated surfaces, it’ll appear metallic silver.

Submitting artwork

When exact reproduction is desired, submit artwork. Black and white, high contrast line work is a must. We can’t accept art with halftones or colors.

We accept artwork three ways:

1. Electronic vector art: Save vector artwork to Adobe Illustrator 9 (.ai) or Corel Draw 12 (.cdr) standards. We’ll accept earlier versions.

Designs should be simple outlines and black fills: all type converted to outlines, no line widths, layers, or background.

2. Raster electronic art: Bitmap images (.bmp, .pcx, .tif, .jpg) created in programs like Photoshop must be high resolution 400dpi to 600dpi at the final size.

3. Printed Art: We’re able to scan high-resolution prints up to 8.5" x 11". Artwork can be reduced to size.

Text engraving

For text only requests, we can set type using standard Microsoft Word fonts. Our standard fonts are Times New Roman, Century Gothic, and Arial. We will attempt to match other common fonts.

Decorated tools are not returnable. We will email you with proof of the artwork in place to be signed and approved by you before production. Lead time to shipment is a maximum of four weeks, inventory dependent. When you purchase, you’re assuming responsibility for obtaining approval for use of any trade names, logotypes, and patented or copyrighted material. CRKT reserves the right to use all customized products in advertising unless otherwise notified in writing.
