1. Sponsor

This Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Columbia River Knife & Tool® (CRKT), located at 18348 SW 126th Place, Tualatin, OR 97062 (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia (excluding residents of New York and Florida where prohibited), who are 18 years or older at the time of entry.

Employees of CRKT, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, retailers, advertising or promotional agencies, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) or members of the same household are not eligible to participate.

3. Sweepstakes Period

The Sweepstakes starts November 3 at 12:00 PM PST and ends December 3 at 12:00 AM PST (sweepstakes period). All entries must be received during this time to be eligible.

4. How to Enter

Newsletter Sign-Up:

Visitors can enter by signing up for the CRKT Newsletter using a valid email address at the landing page entry link. Limit one entry per person.

5. Prize

Prize: One (1) Razel™ Nax Fixed (Model 2014), Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $140.00.

Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash equivalent or substitution unless required by law or at Sponsor’s discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

One (1) potential winner will be selected via random drawing from all eligible entries within five (5) business days after the Sweepstakes Period ends.

The potential winner will be notified via email or direct message on the platform through which they entered. If the winner does not respond within five (5) business days, an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor’s decisions are final in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

7. Taxes

All federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize acceptance are the sole responsibility of the winner. An IRS Form 1099 may be issued if required by law.

8. Publicity

By entering, participants grant Sponsor a royalty-free, worldwide, perpetual license to use their name, likeness, and city/state for advertising and promotional purposes in any media, without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

9. Privacy

Information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be handled in accordance with CRKT’s Privacy Policy found at https://www.crkt.com/privacy-policy. By entering, participants agree to receive promotional communications from CRKT, which they may unsubscribe from at any time.

10. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Sweepstakes if any cause beyond its control affects the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant suspected of tampering, cheating, or violating these Official Rules.

11. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless CRKT and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage arising from participation or prize use.

All prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind.

12. Jurisdiction

All disputes will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of Oregon, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Washington County, Oregon.

13. Winners List

To request a list of winners, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: CRKT — WIN A Razel™ Nax - Winners List, 18348 SW 126th Place, Tualatin, OR 97062.

Requests must be received within 60 days of the Sweepstakes’ end date.
