CRKT Mobile Terms of Service

The CRKT mobile messaging service (the "Service") is operated by Columbia River Knife & Tool ("CRKT," "we," "our," or "us"). By opting into or using the Service, you agree to these Mobile Terms of Service ("Mobile Terms"). We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service or any of its features at any time. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also revise these Mobile Terms. Your continued participation in the Service following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Consent to Receive Text Messages

By providing your mobile phone number and opting into CRKT's SMS program, you consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages (including SMS and MMS) from and on behalf of CRKT at the mobile number you provided. Messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

Messages may include product launches, promotions, special offers, back-in-stock notifications, cart reminders, and other marketing communications.

Your consent to receive marketing text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services, and participation in the program is entirely voluntary.

Message Frequency and Charges

Message frequency varies. CRKT does not charge for the Service; however, message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge fees for text messaging and data usage. Please contact your wireless provider for details regarding your mobile plan.

Eligibility

You must be 18 years of age or older to enroll in the Service. By subscribing, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, are the authorized user of the mobile phone number provided, and have the authority to consent to receive text messages at that number.

Opting Out

You may opt out of the Service at any time by replying STOP to any CRKT text message. You will receive a one-time confirmation message, after which no further marketing messages will be sent unless you choose to subscribe again.

Changes to Contact Information

If you change your mobile phone number, you are responsible for re-enrolling in the Service using your new number. CRKT may change the phone number or short code used to operate the Service at any time and will provide notice where required by applicable law.

Wireless Carrier Disclaimer

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your wireless carrier and is outside of CRKT's control.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, CRKT shall not be liable for delayed, failed, or misdirected delivery of text messages, errors in message content, or any actions taken or not taken in reliance upon information provided through the Service.

Privacy

Your participation in the Service is also governed by CRKT's Privacy Policy and Terms of Use, which are incorporated into these Mobile Terms by reference.

Compliance with Federal and State Telemarketing Laws

CRKT is committed to complying with all applicable federal and state laws governing text messaging and telemarketing communications, including the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) regulations, and applicable state telemarketing and Do Not Call laws. By enrolling in the Service, you acknowledge that you have provided your prior express consent to receive recurring automated marketing text messages from CRKT at the mobile number you provided.

Notice to Texas Subscribers

To the extent Texas law applies to your participation in the Service, CRKT intends to comply with all applicable provisions of the Texas Business & Commerce Code governing commercial electronic communications and text messaging. Nothing in these Mobile Terms is intended to limit any rights or remedies available to Texas consumers under applicable law.

Changes to These Mobile Terms

CRKT reserves the right to modify these Mobile Terms at any time. Any updates will become effective upon posting. Your continued participation in the Service following such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Mobile Terms.
