M16-14ZER
M16® - 14ZER EMERGENCY RESCUE TANTO LARGE WITH TRIPLE POINT™ SERRATIONS
Designed by Kit Carson in Vine Grove, Kentucky
At the request of those in the emergency services field, we have modified one of our most successful designs for these rugged applications. The M16-14ZER's handles have scales of tough glass filled nylon in high-visibility orange. We have chosen tough blade steels to withstand abuse, and gave the M16-14ZER a polished finish to resist corrosion. We've added a seat belt cutter to the flipper and a tungsten carbide window breaker to the butt. Finally, we have priced it to be as affordable as possible.

M16®-14Z E.R. New this year is the "Big Dog" M16. At the request of rescue professionals, we've taken Kit Carson's popular M16-14 and added a seat belt cutter to the flipper and a tungsten carbide window breaker to the butt.
Automobile side windows shatter with one quick whack from the butt of the knife. This hefty 6.2-ounce knife features our automated liner safety. Automated liner safety is the locking liner safety innovation taken to the next level. The automated liner safety sets a pin between the locking liner and the frame. This pin acts as an additional layer of safety, so the locking liner is less likely to disengage during use. To close the knife, pull the red buttoned safety lever back, slide the locking liner over, and fold the blade into the closed position.
It has a large 3.75"-long Triple-Point Combination Serrated Tanto blade that is able to tackle nearly any emergency task.
If you're a rescue professional, we think the M16-14ZER is the best value available for daily duty carry.
