Unleash your imagination.

Equal parts genius and magician, custom knifemaker Princeton Wong never fails to deliver imaginative, captivating, and supremely unique designs. The Nucleus is a striking example of his individual approach to knifemaking; it looks like no other folder, its aggressive angles carving the profile of a stealth fighter.

This upgraded version is made in Italy and features MagnaCut blade steel in bead blast finish for an unbeatable combination of toughness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. The lightweight handle is made of bead blast titanium with carbon fiber overlay. Princeton drew inspiration from the giant robots, or mecha, featured in his favorite childhood TV show, Mobile Suit Gundam. But it’s not just about looks; the Nucleus can be opened in three different ways thanks to front and rear flippers and a finger hole in the blade.
  • Well Built Made in Italy
  • Best-In-Class Performance MagnaCut provides uncompromised performance in toughness, wear resistance and corrosion resistance
  • Fast Opening Flipper deploys the blade fast
  • Smooth Opening IKBS™ ball bearing pivot deploys the blade smooth
  • Brute Strength frame lock utilizes a thick lock bar to secure the blade
  • Strong and Lightweight Titanium handle with carbon fiber overlay combines strength with minimal weight

DesignerPrinceton WongHouston, Texas

Custom knifemaker Princeton Wong brought his first knives to Blade Show in 2018. Just three years later, he won Best New Maker at Blade Show and Most Innovative Design at the International Custom Cutlery Exposition. Princeton followed a winding path to knifemaking that started in martial arts, graphic design, and performance auto part fabrication. He finds inspiration in nature and pop culture, focusing on original designs that buck trends and aren’t afraid to be different. He also served as Secretary-Treasurer on the Knifemakers Guild board of directors, an organization with ties to the beginning of the U.S. custom knifemaking scene.
