Martial arts instructor James Williams, known for designing the Hissatsu™ and the Hisshou™, used his expertise in both design and personal defense to produce a simple tool that can easily live with you every day, but excels at helping you break contact in a personal defense scenario. You don’t want to mess with Sensei James Williams. A former U.S. Army officer with more than 50 years of experience in the martial arts, he developed The System of Strategy.
