Open the blade of Ken Steigerwalt's Clark Fork™ fillet knife. Fold the tail into the handle for an innovative way to secure the lock up. Then fillet up some fish for your delicious dinner. When you're finished with the knife, it folds down to tacklebox size. A nylon sheath is included for storage. Leave the tall tales of the ones that got away for the other guys.
I gave this knife to my Father-in-Law as he is an avid fisherman. He thought it was the best filet knife he had ever used. It was a better knife than what I was expecting for the price. Lightweight and folding, which is unusual for a good filet knife. I liked the locking mechanism as well. I may by another for myself.

This knife is simply amazing.
I received one a few months ago and have used it extensively since. From Trout to Bass, this thing will cut them all like butter. The blade is second to absolutely none of my other knives in terms of durability and sharpness. For me, that can usually be pretty problematic as I'm very clumsy and typically end up cutting myself while getting knives out and putting them away.
The design of the knife, however, prevents that from happening. As the thin blade folds down into the handle there is essentially no way that you'll get cut short of putting your entire palm directly in its path.
Overall this was an amazing value for the price and I'd recommend it to anyone looking for a very easy-to-carry, sharp and durable fillet knife.
