We call the patented* Zilla-Tool®, designed by Launce Barber and Tom Stokes, the

monster tool. It is a hefty, ergonomically designed work tool. The handle is 6.5 inches

long, and it has a 3.0” knife blade. Weight is 7.4 ounces.

It features a pliers, knife with combination serrated cutting edge, wire cutter and

stripper, flat and Phillips screwdriver hex bits, bottle opener, pocket clip and nylon

sheath.

The pliers jaws are spring loaded, with a slight needle nose taper. They have both fine

flat and circular toothed gripping surfaces. Near the base of the pliers is a very useful

wire cutter, and there is also a notch near the handle for wire stripping. The pliers handle

locks in place for carry, and is instantly released by the flip of a thumb button.

The user can store the two screwdriver hex bits in molded handle reliefs. They are

easily stored and removed by a press of the thumb. The Zilla-Tool also accepts other

standard hex bits.

The Zilla-Tool features a spear point high-carbon stainless steel blade with a Razor-Sharp

and Combination Triple-Point™ Serrated edge. It is drilled to reduce weight. At 3.0” in length,

it is large enough to handle serious cutting and carving tasks in daily sport and work situations.

To open the knife blade quickly, just press the little “flipper.” It also acts as a blade

guard when it’s open. The Zilla’s locking liner allows easy one-hand closing

The custom stainless steel clip will hold the Zilla-Tool in your pocket or on gear. We

have also provided a black nylon carry-pouch sheath, with a belt loop and snap closure, for

those who prefer belt carry.

The Zilla-Tool can also open bottles and cans using the pliers jaws, or prying with the

end of the pliers handle.

Two Zilla-Tool models are available. The standard model 9060 has a bead-blast finished

blade, frame and pliers with black injection-molded scales. For those who prefer the tactical

look, our model 9060K is black-on-black throughout.

Yes, the Zilla-Tool name suggests a monster, and we think it is going to be a dominant

force in the multi-tool field, not only because of its unique design and combination of

features, but because of its MSRP of only $44.99.

The patented* Zilla-Tool® Jr. is a response to requests for a smaller, lighter version of

the full-size Zilla-Tool. We call it the little monster. It is approximately 80% the size of

the “Daddy Zilla,” with a handle that is 5.25” long, a 2.25” long blade, and a weight of

only 3.8 ounces. These dimensions make the Zilla-Tool Jr. handier to carry in-pocket or

on the belt. The tool is still large enough to handle real work tasks.

In 2008, the Zilla-Tool Jr. received the Top Award for Multitools at the International

Knife Award Show in Nuremberg, Germany

Like the full-size Zilla-Tool, the Jr. features a locking, spring-loaded pliers, knife with

combination serrated cutting edge, wire cutter and stripper, flat and Phillips screwdriver

hex bits, bottle opener, pocket clip and nylon sheath.

In other words, the Zilla-Tool Jr. is just a petite and friendly work tool that is the

spitting image of its father.

The two hex bits provided with Zilla-Tool Jr. are a special small size. However, the bit

driver which comes with the CRKT® I.D. Works® Get-A-Way® Driver (sold separately)

will act as an adapter allowing use of standard hex bits with the Zilla-Tool Jr.

As with the larger Zilla’, two Zilla-Tool Jr. models are available. The standard model 9065

has a bead-blast finished blade, frame and pliers with black injection-molded scales. For those

who prefer the tactical look, our model 9065K is entirely black.

The result is a little less tool and a whole lot more carry convenience. Everyone who
