Who better to "cheat" the rules of typical folding pocket knife design other than world renowned Knife Designer Ken Onion, whose new Swindle™ design flows from tip to tail with the slightest of uphill curve. It innocently tricks the eye at first sight, but once in the hand the functional subtleties become apparent.
The frame lock mechanics and flipper style opener are neatly tucked into the handle, and the hollow ground, modified wharncliffe blade moves with ease thanks to the smooth IKBS™ pivot system. The IKBS™ innovation is arguably the strongest, smoothest pivot system on the market.
The Swindle™ comes in two versions, both with Razor Sharp Cutting Edges with two distinguished handles. The K240XXP in a flat, smooth handled version and the K241XXP in a distinctive grooved handle. Both excellent selections for the refined knife enthusiast.
For carry, Ken went the extra mile with a clip design flowing from the tail end, back over the spine. The tension lever securely clips into the pocket and "nests" the knife for comfort.
If you are seeking a classy, slim everyday carry knife that "bends" the rules in your favor, the Swindle™ is a good bet.
I am a fan of Ken Onion and have a number of his knives. This knife feels good in the hand and in the pocket. I don't use pocket clips because that tells people you are carrying a knife. I usually carry more than 1 knife. I will say it is not what I would consider a gentleman's knife due to size. The Case Peanut is a gentleman's knife. This is a knife you want to hold just to feel the finish, weight, and balance. A true winner.

I wanted to love this knife. It's sharp and stayed sharp for the month that the lock worked. The spring clip is very nice. The problem is that the blade stopped locking open after a month. It's now dangerous and sits in a box with other old useless tools. CRKT Response: This is definitely a manufacture defect and we will replace the knife under warranty.

Its one heck of a knife. Everything the description said it was. I carry mine everyday and never worry if its slipped off, that was my only concern was the clip but its proven itself.
