Shipping & Return PolicySHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONSOrders can only be shipped to addresses in the United States, and APO/FPO addresses currently. Domestic Shipments UPS Ground is our Standard and Preferred shipping method. Orders can also be shipped First Class USPS. UPS cannot deliver to PO/APO/FPO addresses. Shipment tracking is only available for UPS shipments. UPS Ground services are not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Orders to Alaska or Hawaii must be shipped by either UPS Second Day Air or USPS. A $10.00 UPS surcharge will be added for UPS Second Day Air service to Alaska or Hawaii. Standard Shipping Rates UPS Standard Ground shipments within the continental United States: $8.99 UPS Second Day Air shipments within the continental United States: $13.99 UPS Second Day Air shipments to Alaska or Hawaii addresses: $23.99 (including $10.00 surcharge) USPS First Class shipments to addresses in the U.S. and APO/FPOs: $8.99 You may cancel your order at any time prior to processing simply by calling 1-800-891-3100. Unfortunately, we are not able to cancel orders once they have been shipped. Please refer to our Returns Policy for easy returns. Backorder Shipping Policy We will ship your order within 2-5 business days after the order was placed assuming that all ordered products are in stock. If you ordered multiple items and some items are on backorder, we will create a partial shipment and ship all available items if you have selected "Shipment available items now. Ship backordered items when available." as your Backorder Preference. There will be no additional shipping cost for you. All backorders will be shipped via UPS ground service within the continental United States, or First Class USPS to Alaska or Hawaii. RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICYReturns Policy Our guarantee is unconditional. If any purchase fails to meet your complete satisfaction, for any reason, you may return it or exchange it within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. Before returning any product, you MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) from a customer service representative by calling 1-800-891-3100. We can only process returns and refunds for items directly purchased from CRKT.com and filled by CRKTStore. Proof of purchase is required. Your return must be in the original package and include the original invoice received with the merchandise. Please allow 10-14 business days for processing of returns and issuance of credit upon receipt by CRKTStore. Please note that we can refund the initial shipping costs only if the return is a result of our error. If you are returning a gift purchased directly from CRKT.com, you will receive a gift certificate for the value of your return which may be used at any time toward your purchases at CRKT.com. The gift certificate will be emailed to you once the original product has been returned to CRKTStore (don't worry; we won't let the gift giver know about your return). If you used a promotional code or certificate to pay for any part of an item that you want to return, you will be credited only the amount charged to your credit card. If you used a gift certificate to pay for any part of an item that you want to return, you will receive another certificate of equal value for future use. |
