Hi, I have purchased a Heiho, and it is very very fine, elegant and sharp blade is incredible, but sometimes I have so little concern to blade open it accidentaly inside mi pants bag, can I use the LAWKS to prevent it? Thanks from Mexico

Elegant gentleman's carry with an extremely sharp blade and beautiful design. Opening mechanism is lightning fast. Perfect carry when wearing a suit or dress pants. I noticed that when you open the blade, there is a faint ringing sound that you can hear if it's real quiet - just be careful not to open the knife too close to your ear to listen The sound of the blade as it locks into position and the soft vibrating ring sound ads to the mystique of this gorgeous instrument. Excellent work by James Williams and CRKT.

Just received this and it is going back. I engaged the Lawks system one time and the little button fell off making engagement almost impossible. Not impressed with that part of the workmanship.

Just got my hands on one, I like the weight, and sturdy feel overall. Good and sharp. It's a lil rough to open at times and the liner piece that houses the end of the torsion bar appears to have some deep gouges on mine, not cool for something I purchased as new. That aside, I like the product, and would reccomend it to others.
Just got it today, by far the best knife I have ever had in my hands. Heavy, sharp, opens with a heavy snap. Next week there WILL be the larger folder in my hands. VERY IMPRESSED

Great Knife Compact, innocent and disarming enough to be a gentleman's dress knife. Intentionally unobtrusive until needed to TCB, take care of business. I also just purchased the assisted folding hissatsu. Now that's a knife designed for its purpose. As a result of my previous professions, I have and always will carry a knife, i.e. one that can be opened with one hand. Larry 2012-9-15 West Virginia

I own and like both Heihos (serrated and non-serrated). I find these knives sturdy, sharp and easy to operate. This is one of my favorite EDC style knives-- along with the m16-01T and m16-12z style CRKT knives. If I had one request/complaint, it would be that the Heiho came in all black like it's big brother the Hissatsu

This was the second CRKT knife I've ever owned and I must say...it was quite impressive. If you're not a made in China person, look elsewhere. But I can tell you that this knife was certainly one of my personal favorites (which, almost all of the CRKT knives I own are my favorites). Don't be fooled by the length of the blade, this thing can CUT and PIERCE. I was very impressed by it's craftsmanship and how sturdy this little fellow was. The blade came razor sharp out of the box, and didn't need any sharpening for a while. If you want a medium-small EDC with the ability to use it for self defense, I'd say you can't go wrong with this. Especially with the really low-rider tip up carry pocket clip, once you have it in your pocket, the knife is almost not visible. Highly recommend it
