Drifter description
What makes a good logo knife? It should be affordable, and it should have some large flat areas on the blade or frame suitable for logo imprinting. So we are very happy to present the Drifter series. They're high-quality knives that are priced low enough to purchase in quantity, and have flat areas that are perfect for our "Company Billboard" imprinting by laser or silk screen. Or you can take any one to your local trophy house for personalized engraving.

The Drifter G10 is a locking liner folder with black G10 scales and a premium 8Cr14MoV stainless steel 2.875" drop point blade in a gray titanium nitride finish. It features an InterFrame build with stainless steel liners and a black stainless steel clip. It is available in both Razor-Sharp or Combined Razor-Sharp and Triple-Point Serrated edges.

Found a Drifter in the snow, cleaned and rebuilt it. What a great Everyday Carry Good for me, bad for the guy who lost it in the snow... I only carry CRKT knives, keep up the great work and quality products. Bob

Loved my Drifter a lot. It was a really nice EDC to have. It opened easily, was fairly discreet, not that large and felt really nice. So, when I lost it this past year, it was quite a loss to me (much of it was sentimental). If will most certainly buy a new one though, but unfortunately it is not sold at Cabela's so I will once again be buying it at my local knife shop which only has the stainless steel version, but I would like to try the G10 version in the future. That said, the smooth finish is very nice and comfortable to hold while maintaining excellent grip. Overall a really nice EDC knife to have, and for an affordable price.

This is my perfect EDC. This knife is simple, not so expensive that you are afraid to use it. If you lose it, you're not out the big bucks. It feels good in hand and the action is smooth. Not so foreboding that you offend the sheeple. Easy to sharpen (no serrated blades please). I do keep a keychain sharpener handy, but the blade is a good compromise of hardness and ability to sharpen. Probably most importantly, it fits perfectly in the 5th pocket. If they ever try to do away with this knife, I'm ordering a hundred, lest I have to rethink my carry options. Eddie

Loved this knife. I carried it as an EDC even when I had a second, larger knife from CRKT, just because it was so smooth and intuitive. One handed opening was a breeze. Easy to keep sharp, easy to use, easy to clean, great knife for anyone. Regrettably lost it on a trek, and may very well just be buying another. Over the life of the knife, about 2 years, i did have to replace screws on the handle, but CRKT does it for free, so no loss there. It was even still usable despite their absence if handled with slightly more care. Five star knife, for sure. I'd recommend it as a gift to anyone.

I am not very impressed with this knife. When I took it out of the box I noticed it was not sharp enough to use right out of the box. All the other knives I have purchased over the years did not have sharpened to be able to use them, that is until now. I bought two CRKT knives and they both came in a nice box but neither of them was sharp enough to use right out of the box. If you don't mind having to sharpen a brand new knife to be able to use it then I guess your expectations are different than mine. Other than that it seems like a good knife, although time will tell if it can hold an edge or not. I give this knife three stars for overall quality.

I like to carry a very spartan and unimposing linerlock pocket knife, without sacrificing in quality. CRKT's Drifter EDC absolutely fits my needs, perfectly. The handle has a great contour and texture for sturdy gripping in all weather - with or without gloves. Loosening the screw allows for quick effortless ambidextrous opening. The 8Cr14MoV steel blade is phenomenal, staying razor sharp longer than any other blade I've used, and the finish is super-durable. Since it's affordably priced, I've had no reservations putting mine through VERY heavy use, over the past few months... And, yet, it still looks and feels like it did on day one, due to the quality materials and construction. This is the best EDC knife I've owned, and I look forward to adding more CRKT knives to my collection.
