Pat and Wes Crawford, custom knifemakers in West Memphis, Arkansas, have produced many successful folder designs for CRKT over the years, many with mid-level blade steels and glass filled nylon scales. Here's our new idea: let's make a Crawford folder series that is as close to a custom knife as possible, using premium blade steel and natural materials.

Logically, we decided to call it the Natural^™ series. Available in two sizes, these are extremely heavy-duty frame-lock folders with our patented* lightning-fast OutBurst^™ assisted opening.

The Natural^™ 2 7080 is our smaller personal carry size with white bone scales and black G10 bolsters. It has a 3.25" blade, also of polished premium 8Cr13MoV stainless steel.

The stainless steel liners are so thick that this qualifies as a frame-lock folder. The blade can only be called a "Crawford Marauder clip point," with a scalloped top edge and dual ramped Crawford-style thumb studs for opening. Just nudge either thumb stud outward approximately 30°, and the OutBurst mechanism springs the blade open with a satisfying "click."

The stainless steel back spacer receives file work like the finest customs. It also has a removable jeweled stainless steel pocket/gear clip. When it comes to grip, this folder has it all: a good-sized handle, butt pommel, two deep finger choils and thumb friction grooves on the spine.

So here's our bet: If you were walking through a custom knife show, and you picked up any of these Naturals without the CRKT logo, you would think, "Wow, a Crawford custom!" And except for the value price, you'd be pretty darned close.

An outstanding knife Everything claimed in the description is true. Opening system is surprising at first, it's so quick. It does take a little practice. Great feel in the hand. Looks great as well. Nice, tight fight throughout. Came with a great edge. Not quite shaving sharp, but I like that in a knife this size and purpose. This may well become my favorite folder for EDC.

A BIG beautiful knife with custom features and looks. Opens real easy thanks to the OutBurst assist opening and can be closed with one hand . My first CRKT knife but not the last because of the quality of this knife .

Awesome knife. It feels like a knife should. Well designed and well made. I have become a big fan of CRKT products. I am looking forward to my next purchase. Oh. I do like the pocket clip. I use it when I carry it in my flightsuit at work. Jason

Great knife. Beautifully made and very well finished. My only complaint is the weight. Why a pocket clip? The knife is much too heavy for pocket carry. It should really come with a heavy duty belt pouch. Tom W.

I love this knife. So much so I just ordered one for my son for his birthday.The only thing that could be make it better is if the box it came in said made in U.S.A., and not product of China. But I honestly don't know if you could produce it here for the price.Still, I've used it to do EVERYTHING and it has not failed me.

The knive was a gift for my husband and he really likes it. He is a collector of knives so it is now displayed in display cabinet. He purchases knives from CRKT periodically and has never been disappointed.

I just received this knife in the mail today. I paid appox 53.00 us for it, let let me tell you i would pay 3x's that for it it's that nice If i told you it was a custom knife you would have no reason to doubt me. I took it to a friends house who has a 800. dollar original and he feels cheated lol I was skeptical of the outburst(i love the sog s.a.t) but it is just as good, if not better I wanted a knife that reminded me of one of those oldschool tank built pocket knifes from my childhood, and i could not have asked for a better knife than this Lock up is ROCK solid If Rambo wanted a pocket folder, this would be his choice And did i mention its razor sharp? Oh ya

I've owned an number of CRKT knives over the years, and this is one of my absolute favorites. The outburst opening is great, although needs a drop of oil now and then to maintain smoothness during opening. The bone handle is elegant and wears fairly well if handled properly.

I cannot express adequately how happy and impredded when I received my knife "The Natural" in the larger size. This is truly a quality piece of work, and one very large handful of custom knife. The fit and workmanship that the knife has would make anyone think the knife coast hundreds of dollars more than it did. I would highly recommend this knife as a wonderful gift for any large folder collector or for anyone needing a large all purpose knife for every day carry. Thank you. BF Reeves
