(2030CW) Crawford N.E.C.K. - Designed by Pat & Wes Crawford
2030CW description
Every professional operator knows about those situations when their primary weapon cannot be used, whether due to surprise attack, proximity of bystanders, equipment malfunction or lack of ammunition. Pat Crawford designed the Triumph N.E.C.K. (No-nonsense Emergency Compact Knife) for just those occasions.

The Triumph N.E.C.K. Cord Wrapped model is based on the same beefy 0.14" thick blade used on the Triumph Folder. In this case it is a full-tang skeletonized design, with recurved dual-grind Tanto to aid cutting and a false top edge grind for penetrating power. We offer two different knife/carry systems.

This deluxe system includes the knife with a non-reflective black EDP coating, cord-wrapped handle, a custom Kydex sheath and belt clip and a harness. The olive drab nylon paracord wrap gives excellent feel and grip, and terminates in a fob.

The custom Kydex® sheath features a patented* quick-release belt-mounting system. The basic sheath has detents which grip the knife securely for inverted carry as a neck knife with a chain (not included). The belt clip can be attached with the Chicago screws provided for vertical or horizontal carry. Simply press in the injection-molded nylon retaining clip for instant attachment or release.

The harness is a length of mil-spec paracord, gutted so it is flat. Soft rubber keepers allow adjustment of the harness even when wearing it. Users just tie the cord through the eyelets of the Triumph N.E.C.K. sheath and slip the harness over their shoulders for comfort and concealability under uniforms, tactical vests or even T-shirts. Drawing from the harness is lightning quick with either a cross draw to the forward grip, or a same-side draw to a reverse grip.

The cord-wrapped 2030CW is an exceptional value. Think of it as a little insurance policy.

I recently purchased on of these knives and I have to say that am very disappointed. Overall I love the design of the knife. However mine was very dull out of the box. I own other crkt knives and I am very happy with them My m16-13z is always with me. I also wish this was made from a better steel like aus 8.just wanted to let you guys know this and I know you stand behind your products. Maybe I got a bit of a dud. Thanks

I love this knife... the braid, the color and the size make it a nice carry. The holster leaves a little to be desired as it does not fit a standard belt width and the neck holster is interesting although not user friendly. knife is great, definitely recommend.

I like the knife, it is an exceptional design, and it is very sharp out of the box. The problem I have has been with the sheath. I haven't owned the knife/sheath long, but it already is loose. The knife fell out and the tip became damaged. I love kydex sheaths, I just believe I received a lemon. ***CRKT RESPONSE - We will reach out to you to replace your sheath. Thank you for letting us know. We stand behind our products and sheaths and will replace this. CRKT

I just recently got the triumph at a knife show in Rogers, AR. It is a great knife, it has been on my wishlist for a long time. It is the best knife I have ever bought. (people think if I make good choices on picking knives at twelve years old I will when I am older) If I had the chance to meet Mr.Pat and Mr.Wes I would shake their hand and say "keep on making good knives." Waited Along Time, Too Long to get this Knife.... I first got the satin finish version of this. With the Skeleton Handle, cord wrapped it myself. When the Wrapped Version was Finally Available I got one. Poor Blade Retention due to the cord wrap.Solved this by drilling sheath and putting 2 4/40 stainless pan head m/s screws with lock washers and hex nuts.Fixed the problem.Save your Money, Buy the less Expensive Version, Wrap it yourself. I Own Quite a few C.R.K.T Blades, This is The Only One I'm Disappointed With.... David N.C.
